About Me

My name is Anna. I am a midwife, a Fertility Awareness educator and a mother of two wonderful girls.

Through my work as a midwife, I have had the privilege of walking alongside women and couples during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. Over the years, I’ve seen how empowering it is when women truly understand their natural cycles and can use that knowledge to make informed choices about their health, relationships, and family life.

After marrying my husband, we wanted to use a natural form of contraception that respected both my body and our shared values. That’s how I discovered the sympto-thermal method. As I began to observe and understand my own fertility signs, I not only gained a new appreciation for how my body works, but also it deepened our communication and strengthened my relationship with my husband.

Becoming a mother has given me many personal experiences, from a rapid delivery and an emergency caesarean section to the deep sorrow of miscarriage. These moments have deepened my empathy as a midwife and my connection with the women and couples I support, and helped me to see the beauty and purpose for how unique and incredible each woman’s body is.

Family life has taken us on many adventures. Due to my husband’s work, we first lived in Hungary, then spent some time in Albania, and now we’re settled in the United Kingdom. Each place has shaped us in a special way and taught us to appreciate different cultures and communities. As a wife and mother of two girls, I value the balance between family, faith, and meaningful work. These experiences inspire me to support women and couples through fertility awareness and share my knowledge in a compassionate, practical, and inclusive way.

I became a Fertility Awareness teacher because I wholeheartedly believe knowledge of fertility is a vital part of women’s health and wellbeing. Teaching allows me to share practical, evidence-based tools that help couples make informed and confident decisions about their fertility and health, whether they are trying to achieve pregnancy, postpone it, or simply gain deeper insight into their reproductive health. I find great fulfilment in seeing women and couples grow in understanding, confidence, and connection through learning about their fertility together.

Qualifications

I am a qualified midwife, having completed my training at Semmelweis University in Hungary. Alongside my clinical background, I hold a Natural Family Planning (NFP) Teacher Certificate from the Natural Family Planning Teachers Association (NFPTA) UK.

My passion lies in helping women and couples understand their fertility in a natural, empowering way. As both a healthcare professional and an educator, I combine scientific knowledge with a compassionate, practical approach to support each person’s unique journey.

I am fluent in English and Hungarian, offering guidance and teaching in both languages. I love connecting with people from all backgrounds who are eager to learn more about their bodies and natural fertility.

My Approach

I teach Fertility Awareness using the double-check sympto-thermal method of family planning, a holistic and evidence-based approach that combines observations of basal body temperature, cervical fluid, and other natural signs of fertility to identify fertile and infertile phases of the cycle.

As part of my teaching, I also cover the basics of human reproductive anatomy and physiology, helping women and couples understand how the body works and how each part plays a role in the menstrual cycle. This knowledge builds confidence and appreciation for the body’s natural design.

My teaching is centred on respect, understanding, and confidence. I believe fertility awareness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of faith or background. Each session is personalised, offering gentle guidance, scientific accuracy, and practical tools to help you apply what you learn in everyday life.

Through this approach, I aim to create a supportive space where knowledge leads to confidence, and confidence leads to peace of mind.
